4. Identity Verification
All members are required to verify their identity before accessing the service. This involves uploading a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Identity verification data is used solely to verify your identity and for regulatory compliance. It is not used for advertising.
5. Payment Processing
We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you subscribe, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe through their secure interface. We do not receive or store full credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

Our service uses AI language models to generate support responses. Conversation data may be processed by AI systems. AI interactions are stored in our secure database. Transcripts may be reviewed by human staff for safety, quality, and compliance purposes.

Identity verification documents are retained for the period required by applicable law. If you request account deletion, we will process that request subject to our legal retention obligations.

You may request account deletion from your dashboard. Data deletion is subject to our legal retention obligations. Some data (such as consent logs, audit trails, and billing records) may be retained beyond account closure as required by law.
