Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard with no penalty.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Is there a free trial?
We do not currently offer a free trial. You may cancel within the first billing period if ManFlu Hotline is not right for you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your member dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Are the human support sessions guaranteed?
Human support is a future feature. It is subject to availability, scheduling, location, and compliance requirements. We will notify members when it becomes available.
