Upload a government-issued photo ID and a selfie for verification. Your documents are stored securely and never shared publicly.

Accept the Terms

Review and accept our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Medical & Legal Disclaimer, and Emergency Escalation Policy.

Choose a Plan & Subscribe

Select your support tier and complete payment through Stripe. All plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars and can be cancelled anytime.

Your personal support dashboard is ready. Start a conversation, request a channel, or log a mood check-in when you're ready.

Phone Call Requests

Request a scheduled phone conversation. Available subject to scheduling and availability. Not a hotline — a planned, private support call.

Human Support Sessions

Human Support plan

Future access to real human listeners and emotional support specialists. Up to 3 hours per month, subject to availability, scheduling, location, and compliance requirements.

Your Safety Comes First

If our AI or support staff detect signs that you may be at serious risk — including suicidal ideation, threat of harm to others, active abuse, or immediate danger — we may escalate to emergency services. This is a responsibility we take seriously.

AI monitors conversations for safety signals and creates flags for admin review.

Human Review

Flagged cases are reviewed by trained staff and escalated appropriately.

Emergency Referral

When life is at risk, we may contact emergency services or refer to crisis resources.
